With over twenty five years in the parking industry, Debra has significant parking management experience. Prior to founding Expert Parking, Debra held such senior level positions as Regional Vice President for the Eastern United States and Regional Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region for two of the largest publicly held parking companies, where she was responsible for over $100M in annual revenues as well as 1,300 employees. Expert Parking was created as a result of Debra’s vision of taking parking to an entirely new level and creating value for our clients and patrons. She is involved in all aspects of the day to day operations, operational initiatives and strategic growth plans.

Debra serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the National Parking Association and is a member of the Philadelphia Parking Association and other regional organizations.

Barbara Spingler
Vice President of Finance

Barbara has the overall responsibility for financial reporting as well as developing operational initiatives for the strategic growth of the company. Before joining Expert Parking, Barbara most recently held the position of Director of Financial Reporting for Urban Outfitters, a publicly held specialty retailer with over $1B in sales. She held various accounting positions with the world’s largest parking transportation management company and as Assistant Corporate Controller started their first foreign operation in London. Barbara was instrumental in preparing for the company’s Initial Public Offering on the NYSE and assisted in the merger and acquisition of numerous parking companies.

Michael Boczar
General Manager

Mike has twenty five years of hands on parking management experience where he has managed over 100 locations during his career. Mike managed virtually every type of parking operation from the Philadelphia Sports Complex, the valet parking services for hotels and hospitals, prestigious Class-A office buildings in Center City and the Camden Parking Authority. As Director of Operations at the Camden Parking Authority, Mike gained vast experience operating in a municipal environment.

Mike is responsible for the day to day operations of Expert Parking. His organizational and motivational skills coupled with his ability to communicate with clients, patrons and employees makes him a valued professional.

Jake Charles
Controller

Jake has twenty years of experience in accounting for the parking industry. His responsibilities include the supervision of revenue collection and cash handling as well as closely monitoring all expenditures such as payroll. Prior to joining Expert Parking, he was Controller for Central Parking System of Philadelphia where he directed the financial activities of 90 locations which generated in excess of $100M in annual revenues. Jake’s former positions with various parking companies has provided him with vast experience in shaping the accounting systems from the ground up and working in high growth oriented environments.

Pamela Grossman
Audit Manager

Pamela has eight years of experience specific to the parking industry and is responsible for performing internal and external field audits, generating comprehensive reports of her findings and ensuring their compliance, and spearheads our Mystery Shop program. At her prior company, Pam served as an Area Manager for the Philadelphia region as well as City Manager for Atlantic City overseeing numerous hotel parking operations. Pamela’s knowledge on all types of Parking Access Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) and her understanding of the nuances and functionality unique to each system, makes her a valuable asset to our team.
